1) All you would need to do is find out 25% of $100. To solve this, you would multiply 100 by the percentage. Remember, 25% = 0.25
$100 × 0.25 = $25

The tip was $25.

2) All you would need to do is find out 15% of $55. To solve this, you would multiply 100 by the percentage. Remember, 15% = 0.15
$55 × 0.15 = $8.25

The tip was $8.25

3) All you would need to do is find out 12% of $20. To solve this, you would multiply 100 by the percentage. Remember, 12% = 0.12
$20 × 0.12 = $2.4

The tip was $2.4

Now, since the total was $132 and it is being divided between three waiters, you would need to divide the total amount of tips by the total amount of waiters.
$132 ÷ 3 = $44

Each waiter would get $44 in tips.

I hope this helps!
