I'd say the correct answer is appearance versus reality.
Lady Macbeth is teaching Macbeth that he should be all innocent and kind to everyone, but plot their demise behind their backs. She wants him to be ready to take the throne which is not rightfully his, but she believes it should be the two of them who rule the country.
