1. First show that the quadrilateral is a parallelogram by any of the following:
a. We can do this by showing that diagonals bisect each other
b One pair of sides are both parallel and congruent
c both pairs of opposite sides are parallel
2.Then if the diagonals are congruent, the figure is a rectangle.
