Hey there,
The answer is 5b+3.50<13
He bought 5 bracelets and 1 necklace which costs $3.50. Their total is less than $13. Thus, the answer is 5b + 3.50 < 13
Hope this helps :))

Well the constant is 3.50, 5 is how many bracelets, b is the cost of the bracelet, and 13 is the cost. So 5b+3.50<13
