We must solve
2/5 ≥ w -3/5. Note that w is already +, so leave it where it now is. Add 3/5 to both sides of this inequality:
2/5 + 3/5 ≥ w - 3/5 + 3/5
Then: 1 ≥ w, or w ≤ 1 (answer)
