Hello!

Here are the DIFFERENCES between living and non-living things:

Living things, as the name suggests, are lively and active. They exhibit characteristic of life, like growth, movement, reproduction, and they evolve. Some examples of livings things in our daily lives are: Us humans, animals, and plants and micro organisms.

(Sorry this is taking so long btw, laptop)

Non-living things don't exhibit characteristics of life. They do not grow, respire, move, reproduce, or evolve. (They are basically opposite of living things). Examples of non-living things would be: Stones, paper, electronic devices, books and buildings, and cars.

SIMILARITIES:

Living beings and non-living things both follow the physical and general chemical laws, like the thermodynamic law, and they all contain atoms. Also, both living and non-living things require energy for movement (It's just living things produce their own).

I really hope you found this helpful! :)
