The answer to this question would be: psychosocial dwarfism.

Dwarfism is a disease that caused by low growth hormone level. The patient will have signs of impaired growth like immature bone age and short stature. If left untreated, the patient will have much shorter height as an adult which can lead to a pschosocial problem.
Deficiency of vitamin or iron doesn't cause any of this problem.
