All you have to do is input the x, y, and m values.

y-y_(1)=m(x-x_(1))

1) y - 3 = -12(x +4)

2) y - 6 = -3(x + 15)

3) y + 2 = -7(x - 5)

4) y + 5 = -2(x - 3)

5) y + 2 = -5(x - 6)

6) y + 2 = -4(x + 5)

7) y - 0 = -3(x - 7)

8) y - 9 = -5(x - 0)

9) y - 1 = -10(x - 5)
