The function is quadratic.

F(x) = (3x-4)(-6x+5)

Because the degree is 2.
Therefore it is a polynomial of degree 2, hence it is a quadratic equation.
F(x) = 18x^2 + 24x + 15x - 20
Here -20 is the constant term

18x^2 is the 2nd degree term
24x and 15x are linear terms
