A triangle has a base 7m and area 17.5m. what is the height?

Height = Area / Base
= 17.5 / 7
= 2.5m

You can use the formula:

A= (1)/(2)bh

Solve for h:

h= (2A)/(b)

Plug in and solve:

h= (2(17.5))/(7)

h=5m
