Answer:

6:24 or 1:3 (this is reduced)

Explanation:

I added 18 plus 6 together getting 24, which tells me that there are 24 flowers in Mr. Lopez's garden. I then set up the ratio as 6:24, but i knew that i could reduce it. (I'm noy sure if you want it reduced or not) So I divided both sides by 6 getting the ratio 1:3.
