Just plug in the value of h(x):
h(-4)=-2(-4)-10
Now solve:
h(-4)=8-10
h(-4)=-2 :)

u would replace ur -4 with the x’s so ur problem would look like <-2(-4)-10> and then solve that and u would get (2) for ur answer...
