(1/2) / (1/10) = x / 1.....1/2 mile to 1/10 hr = x miles to 1 hr
cross multiply
(1/10)(x) = (1/2)(1)
1/10x = 1/2
x = (1/2) / (1/10)
x = 1/2 * 10
x = 10/2
x = 5 <=== 5 miles per hr
