If the sides have a ratio of smaller to larger of a/b, then the ratio of their surface areas is a²/b², and the ratio of their volumes is a³/b³.

The sides have a ratio of 32/48 or 2/3, so then the ratio of their volumes is 2³/3³ = 8/27
