y-b=m(x-a) where (a,b) is a point and m is the slope
y - 0 = -2(x+1)

Slope-intercept form: y = -2x - 1. Convert this to point-slope form:
Find a point on the graph. It's (0, -1), since y = -2(0) - 1 = -1.
Then the point-slope form is
y-(-1) = -2(x - 0)
