60% = 60/100
so,
60 30
⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻ = ⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻
100 x
To get from 60 to 30, multiply by 2. That means you do 2 (100) to get 200.
x = 200.
