The Romans adopted similar pagan religion which consist of multiple gods, like Jupiter, Mars, Venus (Roman)

Also, for Literature the romans had scripts and other types of novels and books that matched greek style of writing and history...Painting and sculptures I would say is very similar as well, I know the romans adopted the naked style of paintings. I will link some similarities :)
