Our equation is bx+4≤-12
We are trying to find b so we need to figure out a way to get b on it's own.
First we subtract 4 from each side of the equation. But when you do this the sign flips from ≤ to ≥.
-12-4=-16
bx≥-16
The next step to getting b on its own is to divide by x on both sides.
bx/x≥-16/x
b
≥-16/x is the solution

Hope this helps let me know if you have questions.
