This is the best i could do hope it helps!

Both organisms are composed of cells and each surrounded by a cell membrane. The largest difference between prokaryotic orgaisms and eukaryotic orgasims is that eukaryotic organisms have a nucleus. They also have organelles.!

The function of prokaryotic: Cells with genetic material and cell chemicals are all closed in by a cell wall, and have no organelles or nucleus, are called prokaryotes. Organisms in this group are mainly bacteria.

The function of Eukaryotic:
Eukaryotic cells have a nucleus,so the cell's DNA is surrounded by a membrane. So, the nucleus holds the cell's DNA and directs the synthesis of proteins and ribosomes, the cellular organelles responsible for protein synthesis.
