I did a little research on History.com and came up with this,

The First Amendment text reads: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Since there is nothing indicating right to due process, trial by jury, or right to bear arms, your answer would be D. Right to assemble

The first amendment protects the right to assemble.
It has to do with the protection of free speech, and when people assemble, it is with the aim of conveying a certain idea and speaking their mind. It is illegal to prohibit people from assembling, according to the First Amendment of the US Constitution.
