it would be 6 because 52/13 is 4 so its 4 cents per inch
next you do 24/4 which gives you 6 inches

The answer is
6 inches of wire.
Steps:
First, divide 52 by 13.
You get 4.
So each inch of wire cost 4 cents.
Next, divide 24 by 4.
You get 6.
So 6 inches of wire can be bought for 24 cents.
