("JL" ) ̅ is a diameter of circle K. If tangents to circle K are constructed through points L and J, what relationship would exist between the two tangents? Explain.

If you draw it you will see it easily.

Also, you can see that the tangent lines form a 90° angle with the diameter, so both lines have the same angle which implies that they are parallel.
