You need to convert them all into the same unit, so lets go for cm (being the middle one).
Jason 142cm
Amy 1.37m= 137cm
Joseph 1397mm =139.7cm
With this in mind, Amy is the shortest, Jo is in the middle and Jason is the tallest.
