-28 < 2x - 10 < -10.....add 10 to all sections
-28 + 10 < 2x - 10 + 10 < -10 + 10....simplify
-18 < 2x < 0...divide all sections by 2
-18/2 < 2/2x < 0/2...simplify
-9 < x < 0 <===

Solve -28<2x-10<-10
