First we rewrite this equation into slope intercept form so that we can easily plot this equation.

y – 5 = 1.5 (x – 2)

y – 5 = 1.5 x – 3

y = 1.5 x + 2

So the values are:

x y

0 2

1 3.5

2 5

3 6.5

4 8

5 9.5

So then we can graph this.
