The answer to this question is D.
Taking up arms to defend the nation
Basically, any reason could be used to take arms and protect our own nations from a potential enemy.
Even if the reason is considered as 'sick' or 'evil' if it's spoken out loud during this time (such as i want to see all of the people from enemy's nation died and suffer)
