James Madison is one of the writers of The Federalist, along with Alexander Hamilton and John Jay. It is known as an assortment of eighty-five essays which are written to elucidate the philosophy behind the United States Constitution. Their main objective in writing that book is to stimulate the authorization of the Constitution.
