A fraction consists of a numerator and a denominator and a fraction line.
The number above the fraction line is the numerator.
The number below the fraction line is the denominator.
If the numerator is greater than the denominator, such as 7/5, 3/2, 4/3, then the fraction is greater than 1.
If the denominator is greater than the numerator, such as 1/2, 1/3, 3/5, then the fraction is less than 1.
If the numerator and denominator are equal, such as 1/1, 2/2, 5/5, then the fraction equals 1.
