2x-3y=6
-3y=2x+6
y=-2/3x-2
So, the slope is -2/3
y=-2/3x+b
-3=-2/3(9)+b
-3=-6+b
-3/(-6)=b
1/2=b
So, the equation is y=-2/3x+1/2
