how have both Madison’s and Jefferson’s views of amending the Constitution proven true in some ways over the course of the U.S. History?

Thomas Jefferson had been amended about 27 times. Displaying his idea that the Constitution has the capable to change. While James Madison, since it's been merely amended 27 times, it shows his idea that the constitution would gain power if not amended.
