Write an inequality that represents ten less than four times a number is more than 1000

The answer to this is: 4x-10>1000 Four times a number is the 4x. Ten less than that is the -10 afterwards. When you put these together along with a greater than sign in front of 1000, it is the inequality that you're looking for.
