What is the solution to this equation? 4x - 3 + 2x = 33

first combind the 4x and the 2x which is 6x, then your equation would look like this. 6x -3 = 33. now add 3 on both sides. which will look like this. 6x=36. and divid the 6 on both sides, looks like this 6x/6 = x and 36/6 =6 therefor
x = 6, hope this helps!
