A course for a skateboard race consists of a 200-meter downhill run and a 150-meter level portion. The angle of elevation from the finish line to the starting point of the race is 27.4°. Find the angle θ the hill makes with the horizontal.

the third choice is the correct one.
draw a line from the starting point on the hill to the finishing point, suppose the angel formed by this new line and the slope of the hill is x
sinx/150=sin27.4/200
sinx=(150*sin27.4)/200
x=sin-1[(150*sin27.4)/200]
the angle formed by the slope of the hill and the horizontal line is the sum of x and 27.4
