J stands for Jon, A stands for Angelica, and C stands for Chaya.

J = C - 3
A = C + 4
C = A - 4

= 196 h

62 + 65 + 69 = 196

Jon worked 62 hours, Chaya worked 65 hours, and Angelica worked 69 hours.
