if we take 42600 as the 100%, how much is in percentage off of it, 25800?

\bf \begin{array}{ccll} amount&\%\\ \text{\textemdash\textemdash\textemdash}&\text{\textemdash\textemdash\textemdash}\\ 42600&100\\ 25800&p \end{array}\implies \cfrac{42600}{25800}=\cfrac{100}{p}\implies p=\cfrac{25800\cdot 100}{42600}
