4 cm / sec
You will change cm to m and sec to hour
1 cm = 1/100 m
1 sec = 1/ 60×60
4 × 1 / 100 ÷ 1/60×60
4 × 1/100 × 60×60
= 4 × 6 ×6
= 144 m/hr
