All waves on the electromagnetic spectrum travel at the same speed in a vacuum. The speed of these waves in a vacuum is 3x108 m/s. As the wavelength of a wave doubles, how does the speed and frequency of the wave change?

==> As you started by saying, all EM waves travel at the same speed in vacuum.

==> As the wavelength doubles, the frequency drops by half. Their product is always the speed, which doesn't change.

The speed remains the same but the frequency decreases as wavelength increases and vice versa as v=f X wavelength
