In the united states, who officially decides if a person is innocent or guilty of a crime?

It is the Courts, regularly as an administration foundation, with the expert to settle legitimate debate amongst gatherings and do the organization of equity in common, criminal, and regulatory issues as per the run of law. They are the one to judge the innocence of a convicted criminal.
