I think it's A or D. I'm not completely sure, but I'm leaning more towards A.

Exterior Angle Theorem: The measure of an exterior angle is equal to the sum of its 2 remote interior angles (That don't form a linear pair with it)

So its 25 + 90 = 115 (D)
ALSO it clearly cant be A because if you look at the angle, its greater than 90 degrees.

We get the first dimension of the angle
90 + 25 = 115
The total interior of a triangle = 180 degrees
180-115 = 65
A straight line = 180 degrees
180 + 65 = 115
Answer Option D
