Read the passage.

Paul held onto the reins, pulled Buster’s head around, and told Tim to get on. With a sigh, Tim got in the makeshift saddle. Paul released the reins and moved aside a little. Buster just stood there. It seemed like an hour when, with a loud and angry “Moooo!” he took off quickly. The boys were sure that Buster would go around and follow the fence, but no, he put his horns down and went right through it. Tim hung on for dear life. What type of animal is Buster?
a. horse
b. cow
c. ostrich
d. donkey

Answer: B) Cow.

Explanation: In the given passage we can see the description of how Paul and Tim were riding Buster with a makeshift saddle. From the information expressed in the excerpt, we can know that Buster is a cow, because in the phrase "It seemed like an hour when, with a loud and angry “Moooo!” he took off quickly" the speaker says that Buster says "mooo" which is the sound cows make.
