Clea estimates that a glass contains 250.55 mL of water. The actual amount of water in the glass is 279.48 mL. To the nearest tenth of a percent, what is the percent error in Clea's estimate?  PLEASE IM GONNA FAIL

subtract the 2 to find the difference:

279.48 - 250.55 = 28.93

divide difference by actual amount:

28.93 / 279.48 = 0.1035

rounded to the nearest tenth = 10.4%
