Cool water can be used to set bends in PVC pipe. Prior to bending, the pipe must be heated. After bending the PVC pipe to the desired angle, cooling with damp sponges or rags makes the setting process go faster.

After bending, can cool water be applied with rags or sponges to cool down pvc conduit and allow it to set?
