Answer:

400 + 0.03x ≥ 700.

0.03x ≥ 300.

Explanation:

Let Manuel’s sales be S then to have a weekly income of at least $700 we have 400+0.03S≥700.
0.03S≥300, S≥300/0.03, S≥30000/3, S≥$10,000. His sales must be at least $10,000.
