Which of the following statements is true? Physical properties cannot be tested without changing the chemical structure of the substance. Under normal conditions, atoms have a positive charge. The compound potassium chloride (KCl) has different properties than potassium (K) and chlorine (Cl). Increasing temperature will decrease the rate of a chemical reaction.

The compound....

Everything else is wrong.

Physical properties: color smell taste etc,
No need for structure to change chemically.

Atoms are always neutral, unless they’re ionic and other factors play in such as δ-/+

Increase in temp. Leads to increase in energy hence increasing chemical reaction rate
