For 1. It is either symmetric property or transitive. Based on if they want you to show that they are congruent, or perpendicular symmetrical. For 2, angle b is reflexive because b=b, so the angle itself is also symmetric. Do you have any other information for numbers 3 and 4? Or do they just want you to repeat the side angle side congruences.
