Morphemes are meaningful unit of a word ( such as cat or dog...) or a element
( such as the s- at an end of cats... ). Sentences are a set of words typical of setting a subject conveying a statement or such.

what i'm saying is both are similar...

Hope this helps. :)

A morpheme is a meaningful unit of language that cannot be further divided. It is the smallest grammatical unit in a language. A sentence is a set of words that is complete in itself. Morphemes and sentences are similar in the sense that they are both units which carry meaning, though they do this at different levels.
