Education affects both income and employment, starting with employment; acquiring a degree higher than a G.E.D. or Diploma opens many doors for higher-paying jobs in the specialty fields.
Unemployment would be a better option further on in life, where a higher playing job allows one to pay on their 401K plan more, allowing them to enjoy their built profits from working.
