We have to tell which man was the most thirsty.

The man which drank more iced tea was most thirsty

John drank=
(5)/(11) of quart=0.4545 of quart

Gary drank =
(7)/(10) of quart=0.7 of quart

Carter drank =
(3)/(5) of quart=0.6 of quart

From above 3 we say that Gary drank more water than other 2. Therefore, Gary was more thirsty.
