If I had to choose from the choices provided by the tutor above me, I would choose morbidity obesity since it is terminology instead of a work employed in the everyday life, so that many students will not be likely to be familiarized with the term. Consequently, a definition of the term should be added in a a cause-and-effect essay about childhood obesity written for an audience of classmates.

Morbid obesity is a serious health condition that can interfere with basic physical functions such as breathing or walking and increase the risk of developing diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
