Always go left to right when solving
First, do 12/3
9+4-1*4+2
Next multiply -1*4
9 + 4 - 4 + 2
Next 9+4
13 - 4 + 2
Next 13-4
9 + 2
Last step
Your answer is 11

Do PEMDAS

9 + (12/3) - (1 x 4) + 2

9 + 4 - 4 + 2

Then go from left to right

9 + 4 = 13 - 4 = 9 + 2 = 11

11 is your answer
